How to use PhotoSync with WD My Cloud device?

To use PhotoSync with WD My Cloud, please make sure that you have the FTP access enabled in the My Cloud network settings:

Also make sure that you have already created shares for your My Cloud device and that your My Cloud user uses a password to access the My Cloud. Without password the FTP connection will not work.

Now open PhotoSync settings, choose Configure, FTP and add a new FTP connection and use the following configuration values:

Server: IP address of your My Cloud or name, e.g. 192.168.100.2 or wdmycloud.local
Port: 21
Login: your My Cloud username, e.g. steve
Password: your My Cloud password
Directory: leave empty

Tap Done to connect to your WD My Cloud device
