PhotoSync transfers the original unaltered photo's to your computer. The orientation of those photos is stored in the EXIF metadata of the photo. If you are using Microsoft Windows unfortunately the Windows Explorer is still not capable to interpret those metadata. What you need is to use a capable viewer to look at your photos like the free Irfanview for example.

Then all the photos should appear in the correct orientation.
