How to allow transfers with my Windows 10 computer if there is no connection?

If PhotoSync on your phone or tablet can't transfer to your Windows 10 computer or you can't transfer from your Windows 10 computer to your phone or tablet, then your Windows 10 network settings very likely prevent to find devices and content. This isolates your Windows 10 computer in your local network and you can't connect to other devices in your network. Internet connection will work fine though. The following steps show you how to find out the status of your network type and allow to find devices and content if this is forbidden, to make sure that you will be able to transfer to or from your phones or tablets with PhotoSync:

Open the Windows 10 settings app by pressing the Windows Key + i or open the settings app from the start menu
