Ensure PhotoSync is installed on both your source device and target device (Windows PC). The PhotoSync client application software for your PC is available at https://www.photosync-app.com/downloads.

To send one or more photos/videos from your PC to your phone/tablet right click on the PhotoSync Companion icon in the system tray to open the application menu and choose Show Drag & Drop Area if the Drag & Drop Area isn't visible.
