How to configure CA Internet Security Suite Plus to work with PhotoSync?

How to configure CA Internet Security Suite Plus to work with PhotoSync?

Unfortunately CA Internet Security Suite Plus is not able to read existing firewall configurations from the Windows Firewall so you have to do the configuration for PhotoSync manually. To start the configuration please open the CA Security Center from the Start Menu, press the "My Settings" button in the top of the security center and then press the "My Internet" button (a blue globe icon on the bottom of the window) to enter the "Keep My Internet Safe" window:

  1. Press the "Full Report" button to enter the firewall configuration.

  2. If you have not already done this, please assign a network type to the "Network Access Settings". This will be most likely a "Home Network". After doing that, please press the "Network Rules" button to start with the definition of the necessary networking rules for PhotoSync.
